I'm still doing this. I have 3 cards. I used to have 6, but they cancelled all of them about a year or so ago. I waited a month and opened 3, and it's been fine ever since. Did they give a reason as to why they cancelled the cards? That seems odd. 2 of my cards have my name on them and my wife listed as the parent. And the other one has her name on it with me listed as the parent.
I got tired of arguing with them about one card that they would never send to me and then took forever to refund to me. The cancelled my other card without even telling me and I haven't bothered with them since.
