If I recall correctly, there's a scene in History of the World Part I (Mel Brooks' finest work) where pirates have taken over a ship, open the treasure chests, and find visdeotapes. They pop one in the VCR, and the pirate utters the words "Ooooohh I'm sooooo scared" upon viewing the FBI warning at the beginning of the tape, right?
