I think simple answer is NO.

I was on CX 712 from BKK to HKG 3 weeks ago. I asked the Inflight manager if I can just take a picture of the cockpit. She asked the pilot and politely refused. It was on the ground, the economy class pax were still boarding, not middle of the flight or a minute before push back.

So, not even a picture, 20 minutes before push back... But, you may have a pilot that allows you, who knows...
