While I have not asked, on at least two flights this year, I have seen teenagers enter the cockpit escorted by a FA right before pushback and they would then return to their seats about 15 or 20 mins after take off. FWIW, these were on inter Asia sectors. I
highly doubt they would consider it (or be allowed to by TSA?) on any flights to or from the US.
