What an unfortunate experience. Last year, I was on BA F, one of five in the cabin. The other 4 were parents with early teen children. The kids were running back and forth to Mom and Dad, talking about their movies and treating the cabin as though it was their living room. Fortunately, the cabin crew took control. Within 15 or 20 minutes, they got everyone settled and staying in their seats. I was happy to give up service for that period of time to have that result.
