Nope, not resaonable, and IMO AA did the right thing by you, if they had done less I would have been extremely upset, rules or not rules. But they (AA) were the only ones in a position to go the extra mile for you, I don't see how Finnair is at fault; they -had- to go by the book here, I can't see what else they could/should have done.
