After realizing that I spend too much time in airplanes, I think I want to plunk down the money to get the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Noise Cancelling Headphones (QC2). I have looked everywhere I can think to look for a deal, and there just doesn't seem to be anyone selling these headphones at a discount. $300 is the going price - seemingly everywhere. I checked eBay, but the difference in price between new and "gently" used ones seems to warrant spending the money on the new ones.

So, my question is, am I missing anything? I am sure that I can figure out which vendor offers the most FW Cash Back, and I might be able to find a GC on eBay - but, even those are selling for almost 90% of the value of the gift card.

Open to any suggestions - or even the realization that there just isn't a deal to be had, and I will hit the Bose Outlet store nearby.
