Am staying right now at the LAX Sheraton gateway. got the suite upgrade w/o asking on Thursday- checking out today and realized I was not offered a plat amenity. Are these offered everywhere? I think so but am not shy about asking as I check out but was hoping you guys could provide some counsel. Thanks!
