Most FAs do not care about headphones. Some will remind you they need to be turned off during take off and landing. A few FAs are a pain and want you to take them off for take off and landing, unsure if they think people will turn them on when they are not looking or think you can not hear with them on. Forthe most part though nobody bothers me when I wear them.
