Yes, that is a good one, especially when he hides behind Smithers while mocking the Germans. However, this quote is from a movie that consists mostly of several skits.

Seems easier to me than buying a ticket and later asking for it to be cancelled, planning ahead, checking in on-line, etc., but to each his own.
I agree, but because there have been several reports on US and other airlines of an agent refusing to grant a gate pass because he/she did not feel that the requestor's reason was good enough that I don't bother to even ask. A fully refundable ticket guarantees airside access instead of being at the mercy of an employee's whims.
