My profile is set up to fax the confirmation to me .. arrived shortly with no discussion of cost. Perhaps EXP?
I did not really worry about it as you can view the changed reservation online almost the moment the aagent is thru making the changes. I hung up the phone and double checked the seats I was assigned and changed them from 2side to 3side in a couple of cases.
Think this charge is offensive in this day and age. If the AA computer system cannot handle the volume of e-mails that they charge for additional ones.. they need to get a new provider (or new programmers).
WRITE IN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAIN. Nickel and Dime charges like this are not acceptable!
