I wonder if there's some confusion here.

As I understand it, you don't book through cruisecompete.com. All that service does is route your request to a number of travel agents who then provide you with quotes. When you book, you book with the travel agent you choose. Even if there's an online booking link, I think it takes you to that travel agent's website. If you don't like what the agent's doing for you, you can just go to a different travel agent, whether or not you found them through cruisecompete.com.

So the travel agents aren't cruisecompete.com's agents. In many ways, it's the other way around.

Sorry to hear about the hard time you've had over this, though.
