Here's my scorecard this year. Should be noted all rooms booked were basic.

Westin Tokyo: Executive Club East View (1 night, paid)
Sheraton Singapore Towers: Cabana Room/Jr. Suite (as I'm a frequent guest at this hotel, they know I prefer the cabana over a suite) (1-2 nights, paid)
LeMeridien Changi Village: Executive Suite (1 night, paid)
Westin New York Times Square: Spa Room (1 night, paid)
W Times Square: no upgrade, but offered compensation for lack of upgrade (1 night, award)
Sheraton Frankfurt Hotel and Towers: Jr. Suite (1 night, award)
Westin Excelsior Rome: Imperial Suite & Grand Deluxe Room w/balcony (1-2 nights, paid/award)
Westin Europa & Regina: Full Grand Canal View Deluxe Room (2 nights, paid)
Grand Hotel, Florence: Renaissance Suite River View(3 nights, award)
Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf: Club Level Deluxe Room (60 nights, paid)
Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown Hotel: Jr. Suite (1 night, paid)
Sheraton on the Park, Sydney: Deluxe Park View (4 nights, paid)
LeMeridien Orchard Row, Singapore: Jr. Suite (1 night, paid)
Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers: Jr. Suite (1 night, paid)

While not all suites, usually some sort of upgrade. The only time I didn't get an upgrade was at the W Times Square. I've received suites there though in the past, but they are known to be stingy.
