Good of you to bring that up. It's good for us flyers in the long run, too. Happy employees make for better customer experiences. People work harder because they know it will turn into direct results for them. Just about anyone who flew with NW, UA, DL, or US during their really dark periods saw the results of rock bottom employee morale.
