Once at SFO with Enterprise I just marked scratches to form on all four sides without inspecting the car. They wanted me to sign the form before taking the elevator to another floor and finding the car. The clerk just took the form and either didn't notice or didn't care.

If they can use their ESP to claim that the car is scratch and damage free without seeing the car, I'm happy to contest that with my own psychic powers...
