I was in one yesterday ( fortunately only YUL-YYZ).
It is the equivalent a Y seat on almost any other plane.

Just imagine, Y is 7 seats across, this is 6 seats across, but more space taken
up between each pair of seats; and there is not enough room to cross your legs.
