Well... I'm not a F pax by any means but I had the opportunity to try LH F cabin on IAD-FRA and UA F on the return. I don't want to write the whole review but LH F was far superior on every single detail (both cabins were almost full). Maybe if you are the only pax on F you get that type of service but my guess is that on every other flight you'll get standard treatment. I'll be trying SQ F next month and I hope their service will be similar or better than SQ.
