No on both counts. Definitely can't book without a name, and you can't swap names on tickets either, unfortunately. Definitely can't pull a no ID for the screener, they'll need to see your passport when you check in (or at screening, or when you board, somewhere in there, depending on airport, whether you're checking luggage, etc.).
