Access to an outdoor airside area like the HNL garden. I've been in one at LAX also. Air in terminals/planes always seems to get quite stale.

Food: Try not to go with the chains that you can find in any mall in america. Try some local restaurants/local chains? I can't stand the major fast food chains. All airport food courts in the US always have the same food combinations. A coffee chain, a burger place, a pizza place, and a sandwich place. Maybe something different for a change?
