Again, this was done through the old US east and the former AWA execs hate offshoring. They are moving these jobs back to the US, but there are contracts in place and believe me, it takes a lonnnnnnng time to hire and properly train people to take these calls.
If you want to be mad, then blame the former US executive mgmt that drove that airline straight into the ground. The current execs are pulling these jobs back to the USA, but it does take time to do it right.
