im confused though, he was just talking about cruisecompete.com and that was the online help thing, and the thing he referenced complaining to bbb to... not sure where the problem is...
Sorry for the confusion. Yes, the online help was cruisecompete. I wanted to notify them of one of their many agents practices.
The BBB reference I made to that online help after they would not give me any address to write to. I was flabbergasted and pee-o'd.
BTW, thanks for all of your help. At this point my main issue is that I don't want others to get burned.
