Hello! I am a M.A. design student and currently working a design project to improve the experience of business travel at the airport. I am doing research on the topic in order to get a better idea of what it is that you as travelers want and need. I would greatly appreciate any opinions/suggestions/stories about your how to improve the experience.

For example:

What do you love/hate about spending time at the airport?

Without any limitations, what would make the experience less stressful and more enjoyable?

What do you bring with you in your carry-on?
