Did anyone try Fly-Smart ? How easy/difficult is it to get tickets with this eg. to Singapore.

Can you say as a guideline, that if it is possible to get tickets in the lowest bookingclasses, it should also be possible to ge a fly-smart ticket, or will they only assign very few tickets to this.... ???
