Not sure what you get so excited about. Yes, it was a couple of days after August 10th. Fact is LH did NOTHING to help the people whose flights were canceled. Their agents REFUSED to deal with Lufthansa customers and sent them "home" -- in a foreign city. I don't see how that is excused in any way by the potential bomb threat. That was poor customer service. No attempt was made to help.
