Ooh Hotel Chocolat is lovely. My personal favourites are the Dark Chocolate Enrobed Ginger & Honey Tangs - very addictive. In the Nottingham store they have little packets with about six chocolates in them for £2.50 (white, milk and dark chocolate versions of things like ganache, tiramasu, blueberry bombes etc) but discounted to £2 if you buy three packets.
