Until my flight was canceled this summer in London: police was called to kick passengers out of the terminal and the few people left at the Lufthansa ticketing counter were either ignored or sent away individually ("We will not deal with Lufthansa customers today", "No tickets will be reissued today." "Go home.", "Call this number (nobody answered").
So no, not much difference there either.
