Wish it was that simple, typing a name and it is done, different formats for different things, special format for no bags, another for bags and another for paper tickets. and if we need trvl documents they just created a whole new format mask to fill in..And then we might be looking to see if there are better seats available then what you have or were asigned. And if you happen to be on that list, there we go again typing another format in so we can get you checked in and on your way.......And if there is a problem with your tkt heaven help us again more typing and more formats to try and figure out what happened, why, and who did it as well a fixing it.
