Yes, ORD is now from 2E and the security takes AGES whilst they look through everything, in everyone's bag. They don't do it with any degree of urgency and often stop and chat to their friends, so take lots of beta blockers first and think calm thoughts.
Worse, they put everyone on a bus, which then takes about 15 min to drive to the aircraft which is parked a very long way away.
