I tried doing a search, but I think the search terms are too small or too numerous. I'm a new 1K as of this week. In order to access the NY booking class awards, do I need to call UA reservations or can I book these online? The NY booking class awards are supposed to be more plentiful than the XY ones, so I want to try this out.

Also, can I cancel existing award reservations without the $100 fee by calling the 1P line? I don't yet have the phone number for the 1K line.
