If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Why do companies feel the need to give their websites a facelift every few years? IMHO, DL has been going backwards for the past two years now. First the slow-to-load graphics-heavy front page, then the extra clicks to get to book tickets and get to 'My Itineraries', now this. The new seat selection doesn't render well in Safari, and, more importantly, requires you to scroll to find the exit rows in many equipment types.
