Don't talk to me about Hertz. My local Hertz office (in lovely Feltham) has to have the surliest staff, who cannot guarantee time of delivery or collection for your vehicle, and seem not to care one hoot. No out of hours service, and no calls returned.

I rent with Avis now, despite them being over twice as expensive. Just not worth the hassle when you have to be somewhere at a given time.
