I've given out a few A&B Certificates, and I've had occassions where I wished I had the opposite. It's for times like those that I'd like to share with all of you...


The Cease & Desist Certificate 2006




Proudly present this certificate to any employee who has sunk deep into the depths of negative customer service knowing that it will serve as positive encouragement to try harder next time (or to dust off the resume).

Employees can turn these in for a quarterly contest, but the prize doesn't involve $10,000...
