Any order is allowed as long as there are flights, but once you touch a continent, you've bought it. So either NA-Aust-Asia-Europe or NA-Asia-Aust-Europe is allowed (note the latter does a 2nd transit through Asia in order to reach Europe, but that is allowed in the rules).
The Circle Indian fare is just like the Circle Pacific, so it is useful if wanting to visit Asia/Australia/Europe/Africa. The sidetrip from Indonesia to Australia is probably a better fit for your plans.
