"Continuing to permit" means they were never banned. "Other liquids" includes contact lens solutions as wearing contacts is required to correct my "medical condition" diagnosed as myopia, aka nearsightedness, and astigmatism. I require contact lens solutions to care for my medical devices, aka contact lenses.
I quoted that already in my previous post. The fact still remains that contact lens cleaner is a toiletry and not a medication.
