The card is only delivered to people having a bank account and address in Germany (due to the SCHUFA credit check).

There is currently no other country where the card is available.

As Curt says, the card is free of charge for SEN, and most order the card (all people I know do have it).

It is useful for car rental, because of the CDW included.

Note that there is a referal bonus of ... 5,000 miles for the basic card, and 10,000 for the gold card (with or without status, also for the free SEN !).
