Thanks for this. The QF Indonesian site seems to advertise inexpensive tickets from Jakarta, so either Jakarta or DPS could be an option.
3. Is there any restriction on continent order? Specifically, can one travel from NA to Asia then Australia and then Europe, or vice versa?
