Could not possible disagree more. The question should NEVER be asked. The paying customer should NEVER be made to feel like s/he is disappointing someone by not moving. If the NRSA's seat is not satisfactory to them, they should ride in a lower cabin of service or on another flight. Or buy a ticket.
Amen. ^ . I fly F once in a millennium, but on the rare time I do, I get excellent service...

There are some customer service ethics that some people just NEVER understand.
