No.

Other than LCCs featuring

• less frequency between destinations
• remote airports (certain carriers)
• no free lounge access (certain carriers)
• limited luggage allowance (certain carriers)
• no elite lines, long check-in lines (certain carriers)
• extra fee for luggage check-in (certain carriers)
• extra fee for seat assignment (certain carriers)
• extra fee for "premium seats" like exit row (certain carriers)
• no luggage interlining (certain carriers)
• BOB for food and drinks (certain carriers)

LH and most LCCs offer just the same service levels.
