Thanks for all the responses everyone. So, who/where do I write to get an effective response? I've been reluctant to say anything on UA after NW branded me a chronic complainer (for demanding a full refund once - and getting it) but this case seriously bothers me.
I could care less about the meal, it's the attitude which really bothered me.
