Agreed. I was actually pondering this while I walked home from class today, and if UA would just improve service in international F (though I have never flown it, I have heard pleanty on this board), the F suite would just need to be better than the C seat - i.e. longer & wider seat, better (read: bigger screen) IFE. But I guess even excellent service alone could differentiate the two products. Throw in some good marketing and people will see the difference even more clearly.

Even if the two both have fully flat seats, they can still differentiate and if they present a good product, people will pay the premium for F (not to mention more people paying for C as they would have access to a fully flat seat). I would love to see them offer fully flat seats in business and think it would go a long way to attracting more revenue customers.
