Are you serious kmfdm91? Prolonged and inefficient? To claim that combining two airlines' IT systems is simple is to demonstrate a complete lack of understanding of the scope of the problem. I wouldn't be surprised if they're still working on it this time next year.

The website integration hasn't gone well, and I think the res integration will be rougher. Of course, on the other hand, UA's website is barely functional, and they haven't merged with anyone. You offering them up as an example of a good airline site is laughable.
