Last time I tried to go to a buffet in LAS was in 2003...as an RFB guest of Mirage I found the invited guest line to be too long so I just went back upstairs and ordered room service.

I would suggest that any buffet (with the possible exception of Wynn and Bellagio) is simply not worth waiting for at all.
