missy64 hates the kitchen, but I do believe sometimes that the kitchen hates me! (And I have the scars to prove it!)
The frying kit comes with a hook to lower the turkey into the flyer, I use a painting pole, and two people to lower it
I also bought some 450° resistant silicon gloves, just in case
And I cook it far away from the house, just in case the thing catches fire
