You really must try it Abby-------cook it outdoors in the turkey fryer...I've only ever used peanut oil. (Well, I say I, but.....I've always just done the seasoning, and had someone else do the frying) But anyway, it is AWESOME!! Crispy skin, and the moistest bird you'll ever have on the inside!
