You cook each lb of turkey for 3 minutes at 350°, so a 15lb will only take 45 minutes
45 minutes with the oil at 350, which takes close to 20 minutes, and I raise the oil to 370 to begin with, the turkey is going to initially drop the temperature of the oil, then I just keep an eye and adjust the flame to keep it at 350
