Yes, there were lots of BIGGER ones in the store, I thought mine was small or at least moderate-sized, until I lifted it. And it's pretty darn big for the dinner guests I'm having!

How do you fry the turkey? That sounds dangerous to me.... and how large a turkey would you cook that way? (I can always do a search to find the basics on frying a turkey, but do you have any personal tricks?)
