Of course, why would it only apply in one direction?

Call Amex and request a Centurion-styled replacement Gold Card. Apparently Amex has told their agents to issue non-standard replacements with discretion, though, so you might have to talk to a couple of different people before you get someone who'll give you the Card Art that you'd like. If you have trouble, you might want them to send you to Card Replacement Services who might actually be able to do the replacement. There's also a Card Replacement Special Services department (I'm being totally serious here; they mostly handle the international replacements but they also do the non-standards) that you can get to via regular Card Replacement, as these folks are the ones who'll actually be handling the custom print order. Or ask for a supervisor since they have more authority.
