I've been bussed 3 times out of 4. All 3 on TG. Inbound and outbound flights uncluding 747 & 772.
1st time, we rounded concourse C, D, E, then F, G... I swear we were given the full tour of the new airport... must have driven 10 minutes before arriving at the plane.
Worthy to note, Gate provided when flying 1-2-Go.
My Gripe is with the lack of TG (or any other airline staff) while in the departure area
While flying CNX-BKK-HKT, I wanted to fly earlier BKK-HKT. No domestic transit counter. No help available at Silk Lounge (other than to tell me there was lots of space on the flights I wanted). TG employees sending me here, and there... all with no real knowedge of who to see or where to go. Airport authority wouldn't allow me to enter the gate area, to talk with the TG Gate agent... and when I finally talked my way in, it was too late. Ended up back down, past baggage claim, up 3 levels of moving walkways and to a check-in counter, where I changed my flight easily (of course, full fare, no bags, etc). I stopped by customer service to mention that perhaps TG would have a counter in the Domestic area to assist it's customers. I was blown off in true Thai style, very politely. They say they want to hear comments for improvement, but really miss the true point.
