One Sector CX day of departure upgrade
Hello:
Cathay lost my luggage for a week and sent me a 1 class upgrade coupon. This coupon is from their customer service group and is to be presented upon check in for a space available upgrade which I want to use from J-F.
Question is....As I am planning on using this from HKG-JFK.....does one sector mean the upgrade will only be good on the HKG-Vancouver? then I will have to go back to Business for the Vancouver-JFK? In which case I should probably try for the nonstop? I would prefer the 747 though.
Any help appreciated.
