Orbitz starts service fees...
I love how the airlines keep attempting to level the playing field with my travel agent. First it was "squeeze the brick and mortar agents". Then it was "squeeze the non-airline websites". Now the airlines are eating their own. From the Orbitz website:

Service fee
In order to continue offering you the best travel benefits on the Internet, we charge a fee for flight purchases. Orbitz promises to offer you:
the widest selection of low fares from more than 450 airlines;
an unbiased site that never favors one airline over another;
the most web-only fares; and
24-hour access to our customer services professionals.
And, independent audit firms confirm that Orbitz finds you the lowest fares more than 80% of the time - more than any other travel site.
A non-refundable fee of $5.00 when you buy one air ticket and $10.00 when you buy 2-4 air tickets is charged for each air transaction on Orbitz. The current maximum number of tickets per transaction is four. Purchasing more than four tickets begins a new transaction with its own fees. Orbitz' service fee applies to both e-tickets and paper tickets. A shipping fee also applies to paper tickets.
Thank you for using Orbitz.

Fees for paper tickets, fees on the website they own. What's next, a fee for boarding passes? Maybe a fee for "checked luggage delivery" (to baggage claim, that is...)
